That happened with me and the Fire Emblem games on the DS. Compared to the GBA and GameCube games it's just so unsatisfying. I hate it less than I used to but the faux 3D look bugs me.

I don't shame anyone for liking Metroid. I know it's an incredibly influential game and spawned more than one game that you could say are some of the greatest of all time...but including it and not Kirby's Adventure is insane.
