Despite being the most loyal brick in the red wall for a century, Keir Starmer's offering to Wales has thus far been derisory.

Wales will be hardest hit in the UK by the changes to disability benefit. Nearly 190,000 people will be affected, 6.1% of the population, with £470 million lost.

Agree we may be heading for a really interesting vote in the Senedd because of principles and that ilk, but it’s really important not to overstate it being PMB as causing issues: PMBs have had LCMs before. Obvs not as huge as this but not uncharted territory like some are claiming

Doubt reply is substantive enough for topic but 1)Senedd motion was broader than Bill before Westminster. 2)Unsure Bill as currently drafted engages Sewell. 3) Can’t see how Bill can be implemented re NHS in Wales as stands 4)Any LCM actually technocratic in nature but Senedd determines scrutiny
