Brad Bird reveals the legend of Mike Lazarus on Twitter: "Yeah, @m_giacchino had a whole back story worked out for this Small World ride-operator character (who he named "Mike Lazarus"), who in Giacchino's vision was a recovering alcoholic putting his life back together.
