Rog - here’s my theory on City. Like any workplace, they hear through the grapevine what’s going on in the business - in this case the hearing this fall on their 100+ breaches of the rules. It went very poorly, they are going to get hit hard, and it’s caused motivation to drop. Whaddya think?
