Would it be considered a breach of journalistic ethics to act as an undeclared mouthpiece for a personal friend both in print and by debating his critics publicly. Incl. by presenting 'receipts' as if they were your own finding, when they were clearly provided by an employee of said friend?

Playing out of the Pacific Coliseum is such a coup for the Goldeneyes. Millennial nostalgia + the fact that most young families live on the East Side now. Vancouver is a sneaky good sports town, I think they'll set a new standard for enthusiasm for the PWHL

TLDR: we're absolutely cooked. The plan since 2014 has been "try to make the playoffs and see what happens" and that remains the plan forever. Save your ticket money for the Goldeneyes, Lions, or Whitecaps.

I'm gonna swallow my old guy rant about selling naming rights. But honestly what is the benefit to Rogers at this point in buying these up? They're a monopoly! We know they're there! it just makes every stadium seem generic.

Fun take from someone whose franchise icon is best buds with a genocidal war criminal. The purpose of hitting in hockey is to separate the player from the puck. The puck was long gone. The Capitals got no benefit in possession from the hit. Wilson had every chance to let up. He chose to hurt Chytil.

if the NHL was serious about CTE they would hand out enhanced suspensions for doing this to a guy with concussion issues. They don't care, league's run by cave men.

He's stringing a few things together. It's more than flashes, but less than "he's back". Sort of like how House of the Dragon is better than the bad seasons of Game of Thrones, but not as good as the best ones.
