Sciatica: Don’t sit down, If you do have lumbar support and raise your legs. Stand up/walk constantly. Bend backwards at the hip frequently. Drink too much water. Don’t lift anything. Don’t stretch it. It’s not muscle pain in your leg/butt, stretching aggravates the nerve pain. Don't be fat.

We made it to Hillingdon and now in Southsea, but my dear friend, Pete was in a terrible motorcycle accident and has suffered a severe head injury. We won’t be visiting them in Wales, but at the hospital in South Hampton.

I had an epiphany last night and I have a great plan for how to navigate a situation I have been toiling with. I am feeling so much more positive about life with just this one glimmer. Also, I watched a wild GTA event out front last night and subsequently conducted an investigation. Stay cool.

Played music tonight in a crowded space and channeled my dad to celebrate him on his birthday. Had the best time just sitting in the moment. Every note was transmitted and in honor of the dude who brought me in to the world. Let’s see what he says when I describe it tomorrow over pizza.He’s so weird

Dad turns 89 today. He and my late mum hid from Nazi bombs in West London when they were children. They immigrated to America and he joined the American Air Force as a loadmaster. He was sent to Korea and Vietnam. He served Gandhi’s daughter tea. He’s a gentle and kind man. I love you, dad.

It’s happening to me. I only go to shows that I’m playing and that’s not providing enough random socialization. Also, my local is infected with undesirables so I can’t go there anymore. How do you motivate to go places?
