Under Trump we are the enemy. Very likely to see American troops on Putin's side. Expect some type of WWE stage show where Trump announces that Europe is now the bad guy and Putin was our friend all along complete with fireworks and dancers.

It has ties to the New Apostolic Reformation churches and the Seven Mountains groups. Very powerful and moneyed groups in the US. But if you condense it down, they want the laws to reflect their beliefs enforceable by prison and capital punishment.

Let's see, no food, not much oxygen or water, low sunlight, no readily available fuel, and cold. Sounds like a long shot to me.

The global nature of inflation is the result of supply chain interruption from covid and the effects on the labor force. It will take to recover. There is a current disruption with the spread bird flu situation which is reducing the available food supply and driving prices up.

This within normal ranges for our economy. When inflation going down does not mean prices will go down.
Inflation is also a worldwide problem. All the major economies have been inflationary with the current global rate of 5.69% down 2.28% from 2022. The US has handled it better than most counties

Yes because of supply chain disruptions, pent up demand and the supply side maximizing profits. Just look at how well the markets are doing and corporate profits. This is where the money is going causing push pull inflation in the system. Inflation has been below 3.4% (2.7% in November) for 2 yrs.

Currency acts as a way to transfer value, much what happens when a check is written. The physical check has very little value but is used to transfer the value assigned to it.

The one of the largest increases in M1 was in 2020 when the rules for savings accounts changed to include them in M1. M1 went up but there was not an actual increase in dollars. The idea that money supply can affect inflation come from the idea that money has a set value, it does not.
December 21, 2024 at 6:47 PM
The quantity theory of money makes that claim but many economists and central banks since the 1970's see inflation by driven by market forces. M1 is not the only measure there is M2, M3, M0, MB, MZB, and others.
