dude i get it, i haven't really been able to get back into the rhythm of using bsky like i used to w/ twitter. maybe that's for the better but i'm also just so worried about talking w/ other artists when i don't draw as much, it's silly to say it feels like i don't meet that common ground enough

it's aight all the alcohol burns off completely really quick, it helps deglaze the pan w/ the aromatics and reduces into a nice sweet tangy flavor. forms the base of your sauce before you add the tomatoes and cream. but you could probably just substitute w/ chicken stock and achieve similar result

chicken chowmein!! but you should do vodka cream pasta w/ penne also, always fucks
