I mean this genuinely, and with only a minimal amount of hatred for the man: if Brett Kavanaugh was blacked out when he created Kavanaugh stops, does that still count as precedent?
Kavanaugh in a footnote in today's opinion says "the officers must not make interior immigration stops or arrests based on race or ethnicity."
