Norms & duct tape. That's all the Republic has turned out to be, because the laws & the Constitution do not enforce themselves. There are about 30 people in Washington who can fix this. We should stop giving them free passes all day every day & laser-focus on getting them to do their damn jobs.
It is incredibly difficult to get folks to understand that there are literally 20-30 people in DC who could end all of this tomorrow, & all of them are Republicans in Congress, & no one in the National Conversation seems interested in paying attention to that.

A 5 man rotation doesn't work when you're down to 4 (or 3) starters...no woodruff, and Freddy already started 2 for the crew, and botd started 2 for cubs... Both managers have to plan for game 1 on Monday, too...
