4 - Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular, non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places, and under any circumstances, to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.

"The EU is non-democratic" can be a legitimate opinion, but is also a disinformation narrative considering that it has been hammered (via media&social media) through demonstrably false content, like, eg. Von der Leyen never said that free speech is a virus and censorship a vaccine

Ps. we define a "disinformation narrative" as a clear message that emerges from a consistent set of contents that can be demonstrated as false using the fact-checking methodology. This bottom-up definition is very good, but there's the issue of the possible overlap with opinions. I'll explain 👇
