This should go without saying but do not call 911 to test if it works.
If service is restored, testing calling 911 without a real emergency will jam up lines and require follow-ups from operators.

Police in Lower Allen Twp. say a summons was issued for 45-year-old Ronald Melusky after he was caught on camera placing "I love Nazi" and "Ask me about my microscopic penis" stickers to a Cybertruck with a custom wrap back in April, causing what a news release described as $3,710 worth of damage.

Just how busy is it at the Pennsylvania Capitol today—amid all the lobbying groups with press conferences, rallies, etc.?
Capitol police had to limit access to the building several times because it was at capacity and any more people would have been a fire hazard.

State Sen. Dan Laughlin (R., Erie), who chairs the Senate committee charged with weed, on the House state store bill: "If a bill comes over that sells cannabis out of state stores it’s going in the trash."
News: A bill to legalize recreational marijuana in Pennsylvania, and sell it out of state run stores ala wine and liquor, has passed out of a House committee along party lines. The proposal, heavily opposed by the cannabis industry, now goes to the chamber floor.
