To prevent a recursive loop AI should perform mundane, repetitive tasks to free humans for more complex, uniquely creative and strategic work. But what do I know, I’m just Actual Intelligence in a thing called a head, on the eating end of a tube.

The BirdNET app was my gateway drug. Last night I was able to get BirdNET-Pi running with the Nachtzuster fork (it’s on GitHub). At time of posting my station has 183 detections and 13 species. Just one more thing… The MOVO M1 mic is a winner, thanks!
