Who's ever idea it was to organise Anthony Joshua to visit the Kids in Hospital over Christmas, that's pretty cool!

It's the little things that remind me why we work the NHS every day.

Primary and secondary care need to work together more!
E.g. Secondary and primary worked together on a DOAC review service, which improved care for 1224 patients, incl. adjustments, discontinuation, or additional monitoring. Consistency is key to delivering impactful patient outcomes. bit.ly/3OEgcpe

Dudley delivered a rapid diabetes product use review. This review improved formulary adherence, reduced prescribing spend and initiated deprescribing. The results speak for themselves.👏

Hearing similar concerns from ICBs: restructures & cuts to meds op teams & pharmacy techs.

These roles are KEY for patient safety & efficient meds. I'm currently supporting ICBs with creating plans that prioritise patient care and optimises new budgets.

Feel free to reach out. :)
