Last note: Choosing Imagine Dragons for the opening credits is emblematic of everything wrong with the show. An unserious band trying to take itself seriously - just like the show.

Anyway, I spent all of season 2 being confused and by the end I just wanted all the characters to die so I could get on with my life. To sum up: the art was incredible. The writing was 💩. #arcane

By the end, I was so confused. Was Viktor good? He seemed like he was doing a good thing and Jayce had just lost it. Why was Ambessa even marching on Piltover? What was Ekko doing in an alternate dimension? What even is a hex gate? Just way too much going #arcane

It’s like the show was trying to be Game Of Thrones, following various characters around, but not giving any single plot line enough time to fully develop. #arcane

The writing was absolutely awful. Every episode had way way way too much going on. There were so many plot lines going on at the same time that I never could care about a single one. Then they decided to throw time travel and alternate timelines into the mix. Woof.

First, the good. The art. The art is absolutely incredible. Every single scene is stunning. This was the main reason I kept watching, despite enjoying each episode increasingly less. The artists deserved better.
