The method combines MCMC sampling and state of the art HLA prediction methods to efficiently sample the peptide space and identify putative superbinders. Importantly, we experimentally validated 100 of these to finds 21 peptides that bind alleles from >=4 HLA I supertypes.

Congratulations to Tomer Tzur from my lab for winning a best poster award at the Israeli Society for Immunology meeting held in Tel-Aviv yesterday. Excited to see his exciting project in collaboration with Prof. Dan Turner's group move forward.
