Just me that's seeing MacOS `contactsd` and `Autofill` processes regularly hold the CPU hostage for arbitrary reasons?

This direction was such a surprise to me, but I love it:

Using coding agents where you are, instead of just in the IDE: First Slack and now web and mobile.

Building software is no longer just tied to being hunched over a keyboard for endless hours.

"A theoretical squish velocity can be calculated from the instantaneous displacement of gas across the inner edge of the squish region..."

TIL "squish" is a technical term in the design of combustion engines

This is the image you need to use on your website if you are in financial services. All the best companies are using it. It's a winner.

Is there a subreddit keeping track of dark mode as a siren call to unfocused product teams?

Clearly someone's coming for the king.

It only just occurred to me how much inspiration OpenAI is taking from Google. You see it right on the homepage.

I had high hopes for the Stripe MCP with Claude.

They were not met 😅

It did a fine job querying Stripe's API but completely borked the actual numbers.

I definitely think having a python interpreter like ChatGPT would make a big difference.

Is there a name for the feeling of

"I'm looking at this media feed and it grosses me out because everything is so tailored to the algorithm, overproduced and unauthentic"?

First month with the new pricing. It's too early to tell if revenue will be up or down longer term, but here's a couple of takeaways:

- People don't totally hate the one-time-fee (even though it's >80% of the cost of 2 months)
- The Agency plan already has a customer

Updated pricing for FluidSEO launching Feb 1st:

- New $39 one-time fee for 14 days.
- Unlimited-seat "Agency" monthly plan.

Goal: Boost conversions for one-time users, and improve LTV for agencies.

Hmm - is there something I'm missing @asura.dev?

I don't usually post status updates, but I was just looking at Stripe and felt pretty proud of the last year!

I'm not ramen profitable yet so the absolute numbers aren't huge, but looking at my work on FluidSEO last year through this lens makes me pretty happy!

You've gotta go to the Lists in the left sidebar, rather than the top bar, which is totally an obvious thing and not tricky at all
