@adamrutherford.bsky.social on eugenics. Shocking how widespread these views are. Incredible that this isn’t known more widely. Gives me shivers! Foundations of the teachings and communications in genetics are built on pseudo science, perpetuating a certain political ideologies. Scary stuff

Followed by Tim Spector (founder of Zoe Health amongst other things. Rattled off 6 principles for nutrition. I think it was: 30 plants a week. More legumes less meat. Eat the rainbow. Stop late snacking. More fermented foods. High quality food. Won’t see me arguing against that
