Thankfully hurricanes don't exist. They were just a scam to spread fear by the climate cartel, while they construct poor quality housing that collapses of its own accord. This will be proven when they "detect" less hurricanes this season and we still see structural failures.

Yup. It's what you do with the beads once you make them! But the potential has been there for 36,000 years.

So likely earlier peoples had less need for purpose built toys. Shaping a piece of wood, to any old form is always a joy 😀

But sorry if I wasn't helpful, which I was trying to be. Certainly not trying claim anything about modern beads. Having had severe brain damage a few years ago, though, I can assure you that the natural environment with leaves, stones, swirling eddies and wind in the trees is a source of Zen calming

Well, I have one legitimate reference for a bead factory, and for me, the tactile aspect of beads is a primary positive benefit of beads. I would think that any ancient "we don't know what this was but it might be ancient fidget spinner" theories are probably less reliable than my lived experience.

Surely any beads count. We all play with beads. First bead factory 36,000 years ago in France from memory.. book Secrets of the Stone Age c2000..from memory!
