Playing Tomb Raider 3 on the Evercade EXP-R on my work break. While there are some noticeable audio problems, they actually brightened the game correctly, so it isn't over exposed or too dark. So great job with that. It's nice having TR1-3 available in a small handheld like this. :)

MY GWIRLLLL (also they got the anniversary date correct finally omg 😭❤️) TR3 seriously changed my whole life, as dramatic as that sounds. This game is my comfort and I love it so much. I'm definitely gonna boot up my PS1 tonight and restart the game 🥰

MY GWIRLLLL (also they got the anniversary date correct finally omg 😭❤️) TR3 seriously changed my whole life, as dramatic as that sounds. This game is my comfort and I love it so much. I'm definitely gonna boot up my PS1 tonight and restart the game 🥰

If anyone's wondering which version of Tomb Raider 3 is the best, it's these re-released versions that feature several bug corrections, has additional dualshock vibration for Lara's moves and environmental interaction, and simple geometry corrections.

So far handheld mode is actually really good, I'm so glad they focused on making it a good handheld experience. The 3D All-Stars version was rough with only touchscreen options.

Found a prototype screenshot in a 1998 magazine showing this area in Tomb Raider 3's Temple Ruins level. You can see this area is connected to the mudslide courtyard originally, but is closed off in the final game. There's also a video showing it from a news channel covering the game. Neat stuff ❤️
