Can’t wait for our Eurovision watch party! I’m rooting for Sweden, Estonia and Austria. But I’m still sad Ireland and Australia didn’t make the final.

Conclave was awesome. I didn’t see the ending coming at all.

I love being a nanny, but now I’m looking into ways I can do some online coaching for parents. I’m thinking up ways to help parents with introducing solid foods, potty training, and sleep training.

We went to our friends Christmas party/cookie exchange and came back with more food than we brought. My first try at molasses cookies from scratch were a hit.

Baking in our new apartment is so much easier. I made spinach feta scones for breakfast.

My very first attempt at baking parkin from scratch is in the oven. Thank goodness for Great British Bake Off!
