I’m routinely passed by kids on electric scooters & bikes while I’m cycling & I cruise along at 16-18 mph. Few are helmeted.
E-bikes aren’t the problem, but their regulation trails the technology available.
Safe cycling paths & bike safe roadways are a far more pressing issue…
