Only thing I can think of is maybe the dorm water has bacteria in it or something?? Like I haven’t had ear infections since I was a kid so clearly something is wrong

Gonna wait a bit before seeing a doctor but literally what am I doing wrong. First ear infection was middle ear w/fluid in eardrum, second was swimmers ear, I think this might be swimmers ear again (but in opposite ear). I have not swam since the summer
