Trump administration says drug cartels are terrorist organizations. That means they can blow up fishing boats.

The White House has also declared that Antifa is a terrorist organization. How long before the administration justifies shooting protesters?

He may be right. Since they were free of all that meddlesome legislating and since they have abandoned any efforts at oversight, they had all kinds of time to shake down constituents for campaign contributions.

I completely agree. The Epstein issue shouldn't distract people from seeing that the Republicans have taken away health insurance from millions, weakened Medicaid, violated due process rights of thousands and imposed death penalties on anyone they "suspect" of transporting drugs.

I do this: I'll really like a band, listen to everything they put out until they release an album that, in my opinion, is underwhelming. I will then stop listening to anything but the earlier albums, only to find, years later, that they did some great stuff after the "underwhelming" album.

Right. I think he gives guitar lessons/seminars there. I saw him do a solo show in Charleston, SC about 3 years ago. He can still play.

Jorma Kaukonen is still around. He was even born in D.C.

This is only another step in his ultimate goal: only white male landowners can vote, just like the Framers intended.

Meg, on the recommendation of my daughter, @thetomatowriter.bsky.social, I bought the trilogy. I've finished the first two books and am looking forward to starting the third soon. I have really enjoyed your work and I'm excited to see what happens with the characters next.

I saw him last year in an amphitheatre near Nashville. Opened with Cortez and played two more from Zuma in the encore. Incredible performance.

We just looked at each other for a second and then I called the hotel and booked another night. It was a great show.

A now departed friend and I drove down to Franklin to see Neil Young last year at some amphitheater built in an old quarry. He was supposed to play on Wednesday night and, when we got to Nashville, it was pouring down rain and I got a notification that the show was being postponed to Thursday.

I've not been there. I've seen a few shows at the Ryman, which I love, and one years ago at Bridgestone. I had tickets to see Dar Williams at City Winery last year but life events interfered to prevent that trip. Nashville is on the outer edge of my concert driving circle.

Nice, Do. I didn't realize she was in Nashville last night or I may have tried to drive down there for it. What venue did she play?

Agree with you about the Live at Pompeii version. I was familiar with Echoes before I saw them back in '73. I was NOT familiar with Careful With That Axe, Eugene before the concert. Hearing that for the first time in concert was an experience.
