Exactly. If this passes we’ll get a chorus of “selling hot dogs on the street is perfectly legal!” every time an issue comes up (a vendor is exploited or hurt, someone gets sick from food, a minor buys alcohol, the unregulated vendor affects a legit, licensed, insured business)
