Since Twitch's Prime Gaming was rebranded to Luna you get an account that adds numbers to the end of your name.
You can change your name as many times as you want and each time it changes the numbers - so I kept doing it until I got this god roll.

Beat Everdark Augur (Maris) off-stream - arguably the worst out of the enhanced bosses so far (gimmicky third phase and spends even more time in the air than before)
Ironically the relic you unlock for purchase for beating it sounds like it would be useful for the actual boss fight
