Can we trim $100-200 billion off the defense budget? Can we save all the additional administrative costs we spend on insurance? Can we tax the billionaires even a little bit? Can we add a little to our payroll tax? Come on man be part of the solution… be a hero!

Shitty health care is better than no healthcare ; obviously the rich can afford to jump ahead of the rest of us and get access to better care; the answer to worries about having enough doctors is to provide lots of scholarships for more doctors and nurses and professionals, we must do better
