Good read, this. Although the "multiple ins and outs are expected" comment about next summer made me smile. We've heard that quite a few times previously and - for a variety of reasons - it's rarely come to pass

I certainly don't miss the toxicity of the other place. It's a small community here - and largely left-leaning - but it's a place where you can have rational discussions. More media outlets/journalists being here would help although I realise that might dilute some of the other benefits

Agree that getting Tino and Hall back will likely be transformational. And while I agree that Howe has been backed, I'm not sure Wissa is a great example of that. If they'd grasped the nettle sooner with Isak, we probably wouldn't be in the position we are now. That's on the board.

Yep, models like theirs will show wild variations week-on-week early in the season as more data emerges. I don't have the data but I assume their model wouldn't have had us finishing 5th at this time last season!
