Using CAISO data (Spring, for 6 years, date chosen to match peak demand), our graph shows grid-scale batteries, charged with solar energy throughout the day, meeting CA's peak energy demand after the sun sets. Batteries also enabled the growth of solar energy throughout the state. #renewableenergy

I shot this with an iPhone 15 using the 5x camera ten days ago. Despite the distance, this is one of my favorite sightings while hiking in the Santa Rosa wilderness / La Quinta Cove. The second photo is the full view from which the other is cropped. #bighorn #hiking #laquinta
