And this is the one that made me realise @robmanuelyeah.bsky.social doesn't make all of these up himself. Of course he doesn't. But I never questioned my erroneous assumption because it feels like just the sort of thing Rob would enjoy wasting tons of time doing.

Yes. Very much enjoyed it years ago. Was the first e-book I read, I think. Downloaded it while on holiday cos listened to a good review of it on a podcast and thought, thanks to moderness, I don't need to wait until I get home to read this.

C) Also knife crime in US. Worse than in UK apparently but you never hear about it because gun crime is literally and figuratively noisier

I have bought it for friends my age. It perfectly connects our nostalgia for youth with our grumpiness/cynicism of late middle age. Plus we are old enough to have spare money to spend. Oh and it's fabulous. Makes me giggle every time I see it.
