Christmas and Boxing Day testing our new tent in the garden. Bottled out of sleeping there in the storm. Looking forward to spring.

Getting into cooking a roast then using it for meals for the rest of the week. Today was brisket. It looked perfectly reasonably sized at the butchers, then barely fit in my roasting tin. Xmas list: bigger tin. Brisket had the necessary wobble :-)
