wouldn't the odds be very variable - for instance the chance of me doing it is much closer to 0 (I have never golfed in my life and don't see that changing any time soon), someone who golfs a lot and is actually good and regularly plays on an "easy" course would have much better odds.

Sure its a risk to the viruses, but HHS isn't supposed to help viruses.
