Well said, however we are seeing criminal acts and behaviour not be tackled or the law applied fully as it is deemed to be allowed as it is legitimate protest over actions in the middle east...

That's the key isn't it, protect all minorities and indeed everyone. Fairly apply laws to protect all residents and all groups. For too long Jewish communities feel they dont count

👉This is not about resisting technology. It’s about responsible innovation. Survivor-led and ethically governed.

🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏿 The stakes are too high for shortcuts. Victim-survivors deserve better.

🖥️ So, we’re building a values-based AI ethics framework to guide our thinking and approach which is rooted in our core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity, Progression, and Collaboration, and we’re calling on others in our sector to do the same.

📢 At @firstlightsw.bsky.social we believe:
· AI must never replace human safeguarding judgment.
· Survivor safety must come before tech convenience.
· We must reject general internet data as a training source.

🧠 AI is not neutral. These models absorb and reproduce myths like:

“𝑉𝑖𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑠 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑜𝑘𝑒 𝑎𝑏𝑢𝑠𝑒.”
“𝑂𝑛𝑙𝑦 𝑝ℎ𝑦𝑠𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑙 𝑣𝑖𝑜𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑠.”
“𝐹𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑒 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑢𝑠𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑜𝑛.”

💡 My conclusion for what it is worth:

AI, if misused or poorly implemented, can do real harm to victim-survivors. Too many AI systems are trained on general internet data, unmoderated, biased, and often deeply harmful.
