A retirement goal is getting more fit. Yoga/Pilates classes are interesting - seeing what fit people can do as you are having a near-death experience helps you believe in an afterlife. If it doesn’t kill you, you do get stronger although you might walk awkwardly and moan a lot for a couple of days.
