EU resident here: it doesn't they just exploit loopholes and wait for nobody to notice bc EU slow to react and they're busy trying to kill encryption so they can spy on us :v

Time to move to Linux then, or wait for SteamOS :v

I hope it can be uninstalled or at least disabled
