Oddly enough, the best comparison to be given is to Moderoid. Often similar price range, similar obscurity threshold; it's just that SMP has Bandai/Sunrise's IPs (and the frustrations of Bandai in general). Gets especially fun when they both grab the same license, like with the SSSS series.

SMP was never a bargain-basement line, but I think BBTS marking it up by THAT much might actually be a crime.
