I was successful in overcoming tokophobia and am now looking to help others trying to do the same by sharing what I learned along my journey. This includes sharing drawings that I created, which summarize key actionable coping mechanisms.
During pregnancy, there are so many changes happening in our bodies, and it can be tempting to try to micromanage them all. But letting go of that control and allowing your body to do what it was designed to do can be incredibly beneficial.

As someone who struggles with ADHD, I find it difficult to meditate. My mind always wanders, and I end up feeling more frustrated than relaxed. However, I have discovered a technique that works wonders for me: visualizing my calm place.
