The problem is the number of people I've seen saying "Yeah of course people aren't buying games, they cost $80 and are always unfinished and buggy" makes it seem like they aren't looking at only expensive AAA games for qualitative reasons, but simply for their notoriety

This is why I prefer to showcase smaller indie titles, I think that they so so so often end up becoming overlooked simply because they aren't made by John Nintendo or Dave Playstation. Even when Nintendo makes smaller cheaper titles people end up ignoring them
