Between 2001 and 2023, the world's #forests have absorbed 5.5 gigatonnes more #CO2 than they have emitted on average each year.

Hi everyone! This is my first post here: I am an ecologist focusing on vegetation 🌱🌲🌳

I just completed my PhD in #paleoecology, combining the fossil record and computer simulations to study the effects of #ClimateChange on ecosystems after the last #IceAge.
