this entire trip was initially just for me to visit my friend in ri/boston, but then svt tour dates dropped and austin happened to take place right after my scheduled trip, SO NATURALLY I HAD TO GET TICKETS. i had a really great seat and met lots of wonderful carats!

the next day, we made our way to charlestown to visit the umbrella factory! unlike what its name suggests, there aren’t any actual umbrellas (tis a shame 😔), but instead, a bunch of cute shops, a bamboo forest, a growly emu, and several adorable goats!

we only got to spend a few hours in boston, but we explored the freedom trail and some of the market areas. in particular, i thought little italy would make for such a great art reference!
