Any word on Ionic Sentry seemingly not functioning correctly? It doesn't have any synergy with mods/fragments nor does it proc Electrostatic Mind and the Crown of Tempests perk. Some clarification on how it's meant to function within the mod/fragment ecosystem would be much appreciated.
