My best friend from high school and my best friend from college are catching up with each other and becoming friends on this one Discord group and sharing memes and memories. It makes me happy when two people I know that I think would get along start to do so.

I'm still in line and was told by the staff that they're averaging 100 people per hour, and they estimate 300 more people until they close. I was past that point and there's a chance I might manage to get in. Oh well, at least I got to see the place. 🥲

I met up with my friend who was in town. She's a manager of the hotel I used to work at in Seattle. It was nice catching up with her. She told me that the hotel has lost a lot of money all because the night auditor who succeeded me was doing things incorrectly. BRUH.

I looked up info about my family's last name and coat of arms. Mine has a red Calatrava cross in a field of gold and a knight's helmet on top with three feathers. I don't believe in that stuff, so I put my own twist on it with four wind up keys to make the cross. #oc #robot
