Some simple solutions, but government never to talks to people in industry for advice! Why not give first home owners access to 10/20/30 year fixed loans at 3%? Problem solved!

Trump basically travelled the country with low energy, 2 hour long rambling about Hannibal Lecter, demonising migrants, his made up woke culture wars & spoke about the inflation he caused! His campaign was a rabble! This has more to do with Elon Musk than it has to do with Donald Trump!

In a modern world context we need to rebuild a social platform that evolves organically like Twitter did before Apartheid Elon came along! They managed to disconnect us as we shaped true public sentiment! Musk along with other Silicon Valley Billionaires have polluted actual social discourse!

Uneducated Americans are simple creatures and in the end their sexism & racism outweighs anything else! Bernie Sanders was always the right candidate, even at his age! He was the guy that could bring the working class back & dehumanise Trump better than anyone else!

In the end she avoided picking Shapiro as a running mate not to alienate the Arab vote, her rhetoric wasn’t strong enough against what Biden supported Netanyahu in doing! It lost her a crucial demographic & sealed her fate in Pennsylvania! Dare I say the Jews went with Trump anyway!

The failure of the Democrats & left leaning governments around the world is their inaction on Internet reform! Algorithms should be regulated & at the very least an opt in proposition. Twitter with its misinformation normality should have been banned altogether! Tech Oligarchy had won now!
