You know why the rule is there right? To stop boring cricket where bowlers bowl round the wicket into legs to stop batters from scoring runs

It's not about more money it's about access to services! If you feel you can't get a gp appt or seen by nhs then arguments of over crowding become relevant.
Once you can get the appt the argument is no longer gaining any ground.
Yes racists will always be racist but for most you fix cause not blame

Disagree to some extent.
Racists will always be racists but most people just want appts etc and they keep hearing in media etc that immigrants are the problem.
Fix the source not the effect. Being harder on immigrants won't fix nhs but fixing nhs will reduce focus on immigrants

The way to fight reform isn't to out anti migrant them but to fix the problems they blame on migrants.
If there's social housing and lower waiting for NHS & doctors the anti immigrants rhetoric goes away as they can't blame things on them! Just wish Labour etc would realise!

They appeared to be playing some sort of hybrid system where O'brien was a right back going forwards but a 3rd CB when defending allowing lindstrom to be thr defensive rb. Definitely allowed more bodies to support DCL up front as lindstrom & ndiaye had licence to roam when attacking

Don't get all the negativity after last night. I thought it was quite encouraging compared to previous. We created chances and didn't sacrifice defensively to do so. As for dcl I'd rather a striker be there to miss than not be there at all - he's getting into right places just needs a bit of luck

Rather sadly an ex Traitors person has been through and worked out that its only true about 60% of the time so its not a particularly accurate theory

Surely that cant be true cos theres loads of people on Twitter aleady blaming muslims for it!😕

And thats the bit that the heartless media / politicians trying to stop them dont get. What makes somebody think that crossing the see in an over crowded dinghy is their best option in life? Until everyone gets that - then there wont be any progress cos theres no empathy as to why

Wasnt expecting him to appear as a 'Q' type nerd in the latest Ghostbusters movie though to be fair!

Also technology changes and what was amazing and 'wow' in 1988 is crap and unrealistic in 2024. My teenage + kids wont watch old movies as theyre used to modern CGI so 1980s version isnt good enough! Animated movies are similarly affected - Snow White was made in 1930s

Whilst I theoretically agree - I think there are cases when you want to bring good stories to new audiences & best way to do that is to make an animated movie live action.
Young kids wouldnt appreciate 1930s animation so would discount it but live action version brings it up to date to new audience

I mean they did the original show in less than 3 hours - Im sure it couldve been ONE movie if they had not decided to cash in and make it into 2
