With pleasure, and I totally agree. A simple photo can convey a great deal of emotion when you know the context.

Your post reminds me this photo, the last one taken by Claude Batho, a french photographer, a few days before his death in 1981. It shows, as your, some trees shrouded in fog, as if she wanted to fix a view of the other world.
