The "Open the schools!" warriors are the same exact people who scream "You only care about the money!" when their kids are excessively absent for weeks or months out of the school year. I've been an anti-truancy attorney since just before Covid started. It's been a wild ride.

Are you actually needed to testify at that time tomorrow or are you the IO seated at the table? If not testifying, try to work it out with the prosecutor to just come in as soon as you can after the oral brief.

Update: LOVED the show! I had no idea what to expect so I was a bit puzzled at the first few song additions, but it all came together so beautifully. I did still miss One Day I'll Fly Away though. My girls are now obsessed with Moulin Rouge.
