I think that photo is in front of the trump wax statue. There are a lot of photos people have posted with it. I know that's not really important, but using it seems like trying to lend credibility to whoever wrote the draft of succession.

I'm assuming this is referencing the rural high speed internet initiative. I interviewed for a GIS/CAD job on one of the contracts. Here is an article that anyone could find in 3 seconds, and I bet there are tons of examples from almost every state.
