Google showed me this memory today. My husband (then boyfriend) & I had just moved to LA & were celebrating our 1st Christmas in our new home city. A guy we'd recently met spent the day w/us & we all cooked together. He took this photo of me & my honey. We're still friends with him 11 yrs later.

This is my definition of a perfect morning.

I like to write on my phone, so coffee shops, parks, and by the beach are all my spots.

I've finally discovered what helps me write everyday: I write on my laptop as soon as I wake up; on my phone when I'm waiting at the car wash; while I'm getting a pedicure; etc. during any wait times, I'm writing, editing, ideating. It works for me. What's your writing process? #writingprocess
