The authoritys there only want to help parents if there abusive and want to prevent there children from freely expressing their opinions and beliefs.

It's not even intended for child safety. It's a complete violation of people of all ages free speech rights including teenagers under 18 who need to use social media. Facism like this helps nobody except facists. These laws are intended to censor political discussion and destroy privacy rights.
