You guys are doing great. To paraphrase Sun Tzu, if you know yourself and your enemy, you will never lose the war. But you have to take back the information space. You have to shape the outcome you want, and not just react to all the shit they throw. You got this! Drop the America, be United!

yes, that’s the battle they’ve framed, but it’s divide and conquer to turn us against each other, e.g male vs female, black vs white, str8t vs lbgtq etc… but it’s fundamentally a class war

if you’re super wealthy none of those identity issues matter - you’re doing just fine

5/ I want to encourage young people to use substances intelligently—not just to avoid pain, but to gain insight into it. Personal pain can be a force for good. When you confront and acknowledge it, you make life better for yourself and for others.

4/ Famous figures like Elon Musk, who openly advocate for and seemingly use ketamine, present a troubling model. Here we see someone avoiding interior work, using ketamine to dissociate from trauma, and projecting that unresolved pain onto society.

3/ Beyond its concerning effects on bladder function, continually dissociating yourself from the pain in your life disempowers your ability to create positive change. Overcoming trauma is hard, and while ketamine may offer insight, eventually you have to live your real life.
